Glenn Howerton was born in 1976 in Japan. His father was a fighter pilot and as such Glenn moved around quite a bit while growing up. He went to the New School of the Arts in Miami, Florida for two years before transferring to Julliard in New York. While earning his degree he worked as a drama teacher during the summer.
In 2002, he began getting acting jobs including the role of Corey Howard in That 80's Show and a role as Dr. Nick Cooper on ER for six episodes as well as small roles in Serenity, Must Love Dogs and The Strangers.
Currently he is most known for playing Dennis in the FX series It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Glenn is also a writer and producer for the show. Glenn and his co-creators of Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia are also working on another show entitled Boldly Going Nowhere.
In his personal life Glenn recently married actress/model Jill Latiano.
